This policy explains how Volato Group, Inc. ("we", "us"), the company behind SOAR AI, handles information collected through soarai.com (the "Site").

Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, company name, email address, the topic you choose and your message. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs when the Site is visited: IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, and the date and time.
• No tracking. The Site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or other tracking technologies. Because the Site does not track visitors over time or across other websites, it does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

How we use information

• To respond to your inquiry and follow up about our services
• To operate, secure and maintain the Site
• To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only:

• With service providers that host the Site, run our email and provide domain services on our behalf, under contract.
• For legal reasons, when required by law or to protect our rights, users or others.
• In a corporate transaction, such as a merger, acquisition or change of company name, where information may pass to the successor entity.

How long we keep information

We keep contact-form submissions and related emails while we are in contact with you and for as long as we need them for business records or legal obligations, then delete them. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing contact@soarai.com. Residents of some states have additional rights under state privacy laws; California residents should see the next section. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.

California residents

This section applies to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

In the past 12 months we collected these categories of personal information: identifiers (name, email address, IP address), professional information (company name), internet activity (server log data) and the content of messages you send us. We collected them from you and from your browser, for the purposes listed under How we use information, and disclosed them for business purposes only to the service providers described above. We do not sell or share personal information, including that of consumers under 16, and we do not collect sensitive personal information.

You have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to request that we delete or correct it; and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, email contact@soarai.com or write to us at the address below. We verify requests by matching the information you provide with what we hold. An authorized agent may make a request for you; we may ask the agent for your signed permission and ask you to confirm your identity with us directly.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Visitors outside the United States

The Site is operated from and hosted in the United States. Information you submit is processed in the United States.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new effective date.
